After months of empty promises and subtle allusion, we’ve finally done it. Here is Shaking Intensified: Best Prose 2007-2010. This anthology covers some of the best prose writing from our online-only years and marks our first venture into print. It also celebrates the end of an era, as we transition from Shaking Like a Mountain, an online journal of poetry and prose, to Shaking, a yearly print and ebook anthology and Shaking Online, an online lit journal/blog/archive of poetry, short fiction, essays, interviews, reviews, and anything else that shakes us.
